Clarification:
reCAPTCHA
reCAPTCHA is a system owned by Google since September 2009. Initially, it served as a CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) designed to differentiate between human users and malicious bots. Over time, Google has updated the reCAPTCHA system to adapt to evolving threats posed by advanced bots, which can bypass traditional CAPTCHA mechanisms.
Today, reCAPTCHA is an innovative service that uses an advanced risk analysis engine and adaptive challenges to prevent automated software from engaging in abusive activities on websites. This ensures that only legitimate users can access the website.
